Hard Rock Memorabilia

All of them have recently been photographed and these pictures uploaded to the web using Microsoft’s Silverlight technology. You can zoom in to amazing depth. Here is an example. A particular Beatles memorabilia (see first picture) behind the glass is actually within a projected picture of the Hard Rock on Broadway, which if you keep zooming out turns out to be one of a mosaic picture that is a stamp on a postcard that Sir McCartney wrote… Item No. 043311. Crazy. Fun. See it for yourself and try to find these boys:

In the media world, there is increased interest and buzz around Ad Exchanges, so if you were wondering… Ad Exchanges are real time technology platforms which are set up to match buyers (advertisers and media agencies) and sellers (publishers) and monetise advertising inventory based on buyers’ bids. Basically ad space trading at very cost effective levels while minimising human input at the publisher side and rely on technology to optimise outcome. (more here)

outlook

After months of search, we found our new home, recently moved and now I have a desk facing a huge window through which I have a full and uninterrupted view of Sydney’s Queens Park. I can also see the lights of Bondi Junction a kilometre away, and the CBD another five.

I’m the luckiest person in the world… and I’m blogging again…
