Do it with passion or don’t do it at all:
“It takes heart and energy and caring, which are scarce but renewable resources. As a result, many people are able to spend them without seeking anything external in return. Great article in the Weekend Australian by Ruth Ostrow on Turducken, Tiger Woods, greed and our world today…
‘The fact is that we live in a time of great greed. While the '80s "Greed is good" era of financial excess seems to finally be over, social greed is getting worse. There's the need to have more and more, in a compulsive way, without boundaries or limits, without even knowing why.’
Whatever she touches turns to gold…
You probably still remember (who doesn’t?) Oprah’s much publicised retirement message in November ‘09? She may not continue with the talk show, but by the look of it, it’s not a real retirement, merely a shift in focus.
One of the new areas of focus will be mobile, and soon ‘fans will be able to connect with her whenever and wherever they want with the launch of Oprah Mobile’ (Mobile Marketer).
And no doubt. Oprah Mobile will turn to gold.
